AnShan HongMing Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino-American Joint Venture. It is made up of AnShan Ying Yat Trading Co., Ltd. and EVERGREEN TRDG ENT,INC. The company has a very strong technical force and a large scale, It is a large group which has metallurgy equipment, metal processing, steel rolling, trading and scientific research. 1. Machine processing
There are a large number of engineers and skilled workers. They have many experiences from designing to producing. Machines includes lathe, milling machine, planning machine, grinder etc. Lots of machine parts are made in our company including the biggest parts and the smallest screw-thread steel. Especially pressing, which takes up a big proportion in the whole products of us. We are producing many accessories of auto-box for America auto industry at this moment. For example varieties of side latch, corner latch, separate latch parts, sleeves, pockets, stakes, winches, receiver tubes, rope hooks, tie-down yokes, u-bolts, hinges-special offset etc. For example, about ten meters long steel canal, large oil pot, huge workshop and steel frames. Our company could undertake many kinds of steel structure and the installing capacity would reach 100 thousands tons per year.
Our company has the annual installing capacity of 100,000 tons of various steel structures mainly in manufacturing pressure vessel, installing of pressure pipeline, high-storey steel structure, manufacturing melted zinc bath etc.
2. Forging and Casting
In our company we have forging, casting and heat treatment workshops with advanced producing equipments. We could provide various axles and gears products including heavy-duty, medium-sized, light ones for the field of automobile, free forging parts for metallurgy, machinery, mine, petroleum, and chemistry with various material and different shapes. We can also provide manufacturing and processing service for the industries mentioned above.
Our branch of forging plant can provide many forging parts with different technics, whose annual capacity can reach 14,000 tons. Most products are exported overseas.
3. Rolling production, Rolling mill manufacture
Besides one H-steel production line, We have three specialized production lines altogether, which can produce the round steel, screw steel, H-beam, channel steel, angle steel, I-beam. Not only can we process the raw material according the customers\' demand also we can supply the stocks. Many kinds of rolling mill are made in our company from Diameter 230mm rolling mill production line to the Diameter 650mm production line, we can provide service in designing, producing, installing and assembling despite steel plate, steel pipe, steel wire rod, section steel. We would deliver the goods according to the contract and be willing to help organize production.
